Since 1991 José exercises day to day responsibility for the management and coordination of CENTRO operations: personnel matters, budget planning and monitoring of expenditures from state and grant funds of over 2 million dollars, and oversees facilities and technology improvements. José assists the CENTRO Director and staff in the overall implementation of institutional goals.
