Dilaila Inirio

(She, Her, Ella) Dilaila is the Operations Financial Manager at CENTRO. Oversees department staff payroll and personnel files and manages financial operations and budgets. Dilaila provides organizational management for programs and projects not limited to budget personnel; assesses and makes recommendations to improve organizational policies and procedures of this unique Research Institute. She is a self-starter and strategic problem-solver with a wide range of professional experience in private and public organizations with over fifteen years of experience in finance, higher education administration, and student services. Dilaila holds a Master of Science in Business Management and Leadership from the CUNY School of Professional Studies and a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Boricua College. She is a National Society of Leadership and Success (NSLS) member.
