The Publications Unit publishes books, journals, blog posts, and digital media that shed light on the diverse and complex experiences of Puerto Ricans in both Diaspora and the archipelago. For decades, our publications have promoted a greater understanding and appreciation of Puerto Rican culture and history. With a diverse group of editors, researchers, and content creators at our disposal, CENTRO’s team is committed to publishing and disseminating the important work being produced by Puerto Rican scholars, writers, and artists.
The leading peer-reviewed academic journal dedicated entirely to the field of Puerto Rican Studies. The journal—published continuously since 1987—is dedicated to publishing the latest work from scholars in a wide range of academic traditions, in order to enhance and advance the field of Puerto Rican Studies.
