Join us for our closing symposium of the semester – A Decade of PROMESA: Accountability, Good Governance, and Puerto Rico’s Future. This symposium seeks to make a discerning and principled retrospective and prospective analysis of the conditions that lead to the insolvency of Puerto Rico’s government, the institutional solutions provided for that insolvency (i.e., PROMESA and FOMBPR), the repercussions of those solutions, and an assessment of the conditions that may ultimately lead to a future without the need for PROMESA or FOMBPR.
