My work weaves together movement, visual arts, and community care, all deeply rooted in my Puerto Rican heritage and a strong commitment to social justice. I draw from the rich traditions of salsa, bomba, plena, and conga to explore themes such as decolonization, diasporic longing, healing, and collective liberation.

One of my defining projects, True North, investigates migration through interdisciplinary collaboration, seamlessly merging movement, sound, and set design. In another pivotal ongoing project, Allí 0 Allá, I delve into an archival exploration of diasporic bodies, reflecting on notions of 'home' and 'motherland.'

Through evocative performances, I strive to create transformative spaces that inspire reflection and collective healing, bridging the gap between art and activism. My goal is to cultivate a creative practice that invites others to engage with the world in ways that foster community action, nurture relationships, and celebrate joy and liberation.
