Karina Ordóñez (she/her/ella) is a writer, artist, and organizer. Her poetry has been published, displayed, and awarded with a focus in intersectional feminism. Ordóñez works with the events team on execution and planning to make CENTRO’s resources accessible to the general public from academic panels to symposiums and more. Significant work of hers outside of CENTRO includes organizing for accessible higher education as well as human rights. She is currently completing her BA in Political Science at Hunter College on a pre-law track, in addition to participating in a playwriting mentorship on patriarchy in the arts.
