Christopher Colón is an interdisciplinary visual artist and scholar-activist from Brooklyn, NY. He is currently a Ph.D. candidate in the Urban Education program at the CUNY Graduate Center. His broad research highlights Black placemaking and utilizes archives, film, photography, auto-ethnography and arts-based practices to contribute to conversations regarding race, class, and culture.
