(she/her) is a Tech Lead & Analytics Manager at Centro. She manages the development team, infrastructure, analytics, and various other emerging technical projects. Kathya holds a M.A. in International Affairs from The New School and B.A. in Psychology from the University of Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras.
