Diana Hernandez is the Reference Librarian at Centro Library. She assist patrons with reference and supervise the Library and Archives reading room. She holds an BA in Education from University of Puerto Rico, Aguadilla Campus and a Masters of Science in Library and Information Science from UPR Rio Piedras Campus. At Centro she Diana was born and raise in Puerto Rico she works on school libraries on the island until 2018 when she move to NY, after the devastating Hurricane Maria , looking for new opportunities as a librarian. Before The Centro she works for 6 years at New York Public Library as a Reference Librarian helping the Spanish speakers and creating resources, blogs and videos in Spanish for this community.
