(she/her/ella) is the Communications Coordinator at CENTRO. She assists on external communications, website content, social media management, and the creation of CENTRO’s newsletter. Carmen holds a MRes in Human Rights & International Politics from the University of Glasgow, a B.A. in Sociocultural Anthropology from the University of Puerto Rico, Río Piedras Campus and certifications in Social Media Marketing, Email Marketing and SEO.
