Adrianna Ríos

Dissertation Fellow

Adrianna Ríos is a Ph.D. candidate in English at The Graduate Center, CUNY, specializing in 19th- and 20th-century Puerto Rican women’s literature. Her research focuses on intersections of gender, race, and class in these works. Adrianna holds a master’s degree in English from Brooklyn College, where she studied Gilded Age literature. She is currently completing her dissertation and a translation project. Her work has been recognized by the Women Writing Women’s Lives Kathy Chamberlain Research Award, the Crossing Latinidades Mellon Humanities Fellowship, among others. Through her work, Adrianna aims to contribute to a more inclusive understanding of feminist literary traditions.
