Join CENTRO, the International Puerto Rican Heritage Film Festival, the Hispanic Information and Telecommunications Network, and members of the WNET Community Advisory Board for a special screening of John Leguizamo’s and PBS’s VOCES American Historia: Echoes of Empires. In this new three-part series, Leguizamo takes viewers on a captivating journey, delving into both well-known and lesser-known stories of Latino history, spanning thousands of years, from the Ancient Empires to the present, and shining a light on the rich and often overlooked history of Latinos. A special Q&A will be led by producer and festival director of IPRHFF, Xavier A. Santiago.
