(she/her/ella) as the Director of Program Management, Maricruz supports Centro’s team leaders to successfully achieve their unit goals. She has a dynamic background in nonprofit and team management, and counseling and life coaching. She has also been a longtime activist in New York City around issues pertaining to Puerto Rico. Maricruz completed a bachelors in Sociology from the University of Massachusetts, Amherst, and a masters in Education from Lehman College of the City University of New York.
