Interview with Nelson Diaz on November 11, 2015, Segment 2

CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

Diaz explains the difficulties he faced as a Puerto Rican student, professional and public servant, and how he strived to challenge a racist establishment while promoting opportunities to other Puerto Rican and Latinos in various levels. Also, Diaz highlights the need of building a Puerto Rican agenda and civil rights movement to advance Puerto Rican human rights.
