CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

Morales explains the difficulties faced by newcomer Puerto Ricans moving to Central Florida from dire situations on the island. He states that while Puerto Ricans can find jobs speaking just Spanish, but that they would have to be fully bilingual with English in order to compete for professional jobs. He also describes himself as patient, as he likes to analyze situations before he gives an answer.
