CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

In 1995, Casteleiro was appointed by former governor of Puerto Rico, Pedro Rosello, as the Orlando-area Director of the Puerto Rico Federal Affairs Administration (PRFAA). Casteleiro discusses how at PRFAA her main responsibility was to unite the community without losing its Puerto Rican identity.
