CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

Medina talks about his experience as baseball player and his introduction to the labor movement. He asserts that while working in a car factory he was selected to represent the auto workers, he took the lead in strikes and a lawsuit presented by the workers against the company. Medina explains the transition that he made from labor organizer to politics, he worked in the campaign of the Puerto Rican candidate Miguel Del Valle.
