CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

Freytes remembers the event on March 11, 1971 at the Universidad de Puerto Rico, Rio Piedras Campus, in which the Federacion Unida Pro Independencia (FUPI) attacked the Reserve Officers Training Corps (ROTC) building using rocks, Molotov devices, and guns.
