CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

Cabrera explains that while working for Robert Kennedy she served as the liaison between the Senator and the Puerto Rican community. She asserts that through this role she met the political and community leaders active in the late 1960s and she became very involved in politics.
