Laviera Sanchez discusses the environment of the night clubs during the 1970s, especially in East Harlem-El Barrio. She talks about the people in the music business that she met such as Hector Maisonave and Ralph (Rafi) Mercado. She also talks about the developments of her career as a beautician and her job as Celia Cruz’s stylist. Laviera Sanchez ends the segment talking about her close relationship with Tito Puente.
