Interview with Gilda Mirós on November 17, 2016, Segment 1, Part 4

CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

Mirós discusses her participation in the movies “Romance in Puerto Rico” and “La Vendedora de Amor” in which she played her first lead role. She explains how she handled the demands of these films such as dancing and traveling from New York to Mexico. After she married and had her first child in 1967, Mirós retired from the media business for a year.
