I loved my Uncle Dan, heart and soul. We were very close. I would love to have some of these photos to display in my home! I had a lot of family members who were drafted into WWII, including my father, August Camacho, but Uncle Dan spent the most amount of time fighting in Europe. He left Italy paralyzed from the chest down, 9 months later he was back in Hawaii, walking. He said it was because of Grandma's healing prayers.Laurene Camacho, 9/30/2017
