CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

Vlasto describes his experience in the US Army between 1953-1955. He was drafted a month after the Korean War ended. He also talks about his role organizing a committee in order to raise funds to build a statute for Medal of Honor recipients.
