CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

Rosado talks about the changes that she witnessed while working at the New York City Health and House Corporation. She asserts that under mayor David Dinkins there was an increase of African Americans in the staff, which changed when Rudy Giuliani took power. However, she notes that during both administration there were only two Latinas in executive positions.
