CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

González, born in 1962, talks about the San Juan Bautista Parade's reception by the Puerto Rican community when it began in 1957. He discusses how the parade grew beyond a local parish event as other Catholic churches began to cater to the Puerto Rican community and involved their parishioners. Holy Name in North Camden was one such church.
