CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

González talks about the educational Scholarship Fund established by the San Juan Bautista Parade in 1982. The scholarship is intended to encourage students to continue their education and assists them in paying for it. Recipients have gone on to professional careers in law, medicine, education, and public service. One, Carmen Rodríguez, is now a Camden County Freeholder.
