Question: (This question is a follow up to segment 9) Who was involved in creating the concepts for the 13 point program?
Garden Acosta discusses the creation of the 13 point program and claims that it was created by the center committee in Chicago. He also states that the Central Committee went from the Sociedad Albizu Campos to the Young Lords Party Organization. He declares that Chicago allowed them to open up a NY Chapter, and they worked in cooperation with Chicago. The 13 point program was already in effect when Garden Acosta became involved with the Young Lords.
