Dr. Falú talks about her role as a professor with a Black studies agenda and the challenges that she has encountered in the American educational system. She asserts that despite the country of origin, African descendants face the same obstacles. Dr. Falú narrates her own experience and of other colleges who suffered racial discrimination while running for tenure track.
