CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

Blackburn-Moreno discusses the extremely high Puerto Rican drop out rates during the 1960’s and in present day. During the 1960’s it depended on the grade that a student came from Puerto Rico to the U.S. If the student came as a teenager, they would struggle more in an English only school.
