Blackburn-Moreno discusses how we came to run Aspira. After 20 years experience with various educational insitutions in the US and Puerto Rico, through a connection with the former Executive Director of Aspira, an offer was made to him to see if he was interested in becoming the new Executive Director. He was thrilled to take the position as it was perfect for his goal of helping the community.
