Interview with Ronald Blackburn-Moreno on Aug 11, 2015, Segment 16

CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

An Aspirante is anyone who has gone through the Aspira process and who have been in clubs, and/or students that have graduated from an Aspira school. It is important to note that Aspira does not provide a service - it is a facilitator of youth development. But the youth must want to create a change for themselves.
