Blackburn discuss his definition of a leader and discusses his leadership skills. A leader brings people together to find solutions. They make people aware of problems. You don’t have to exceptional. As a leader Ronald has tried to identify the problems. Aspira has influenced Ronald to bring people together and gave him an opportunity to help his community. A leader understands what needs to get done.
