Ron Blackburn discusses how Aspira and government work together and the importance of Latinos in the corporate world for helping Aspira. Sources of funding come from the Higher Education Act, Pell Grants. They receive funding from NSF and the Department of energy. Illinois and Pensylvania receive grants from legislation. Aspira of Puerto Rico receives funds from legislation.
