CENTRO: 100 Puerto Ricans Oral History Project, 2013-

Ortiz describes how the Puerto Rican community has become closer to being cohesive, but that more progress is neeed. He also mentions that when a politician serves for a long time they need to be re-directed, and, to help, Ortiz created “Academia de Capacitacion Gubernamental” which teaches governmental ideas and procedures.
