Cristina Pacione-Zayas talks about her work in the community-based organizations The Puerto Rican Agenda and Latino Forum, and with the educational organization Erikson Institute. She explains her role as co-chair of The Puerto Rican Agenda, the challenges of that position and how this organization tackles issues of housing, education and health among the Puerto Rican community in Chicago. Pacione-Zayas details the achievements of her work through these institutions such as the propositions of policies to congress and the promotion of youth leadership.
