Lawrence La Fountain-Stokes
Lawrence La Fountain-Stokes is a Puerto Rican writer, performer, and scholar. He received his AB from Harvard in 1991 and a PhD from Columbia in 1999. He currently teaches at the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. His books include Queer Ricans: Cultures and Sexualities in the Diaspora (University of Minnesota Press, 2009), and Uñas pintadas de azul/Blue Fingernails (Bilingual Press, 2009).
